The Organizational Change Management Consultant will play a key role on projects (change initiatives) to meet business, scheduled time-lines and budget objectives. This role will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management initiatives that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement. Position will work to drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes affecting employees in the organization such that business objectives are achieved.
